Vista Ventana Apartments

literally the worst apartments ever. There have been several issues since I've lived here an awful 3 years now. The first year was great, it was under a different manager but now that theres a new manager its just awful. There was a leak above the tub because the upstairs neighbor left the water on and didn't care that it leaked all over the place. Theres a bunch of holes in the walls and we did tell the manager everything and 80% of them still haven't been fixed. They talk trash to residents about other residents. Also the pet policy is crap because our next door neighbor had two apartments rented but the one that was next to ours housed 3 large dogs and one kid. They did not take the dogs outside once, they always whined because they wanted to go outside so they of course used the bathroom inside the apartment. The smell of dog feces started to make its way into our apartment. its truly disgusting and every once in a while the sewage will leaked out of the pipes in the parking lot and there would be human feces, the manager didn't really seem too concerned about it since it took almost two days to be cleaned up the first time. This apartment is overpriced for what you get. the only thing good is that its in a decent neighborhood.

I recently moved in to these apartments, the manager is the nicest person ever she made my move really easy, and I let her know about stuff that needed to be fixed and maintenance got it do quit. I love the location. Thank you vista ventanas

They are never in the office. No one follows the rules. If something happens that you did not do they make you pay for it. When I first moved in there was a hole in the bath tub and it took them three months to fix it. The manager will never call you she talks to someone else and passes information down to you.
