I don't really know why YP keeps on deleting my reviews of champion homes here-they are all true-and did not happen by accident. IF YP is going to keep on deleting the truth, then they should not offer reviews and need to really grow up and leave things alone. On to champion-I will try and make this short, do not waste your time or money. They are ALWAYS raising the lot rent, they will not make repairs that need to be done even though you are paying your rent, they do not return your security deposit back to you either. If you get a lot where there are trees hanging over your trailer and the birds are sitting up there making a mess on your trailer and you tell them, they will NOT get the trees trimmed for you. They want their rent, though.
