A-1 Concrete Leveling & Foundation Repair

Had them fix a foundation crack and mud jack a large sinking stamped concrete step in the front of our home last spring. I was told that the mud jacking is guaranteed for 2 years. Well, this spring/summer we noticed the step sinking again and raising at the crack where they had mud jacked (and why we had them out) considerably.



So both my husband and I tried contacting Brian with no return response. I guess a guarantee is only as good as the person willing to uphold the promise. Looks like we won't be getting it fixed by A1 Leveling.
