        The guys at Neils shoe repair are really nice guys. They take care of all my shoes from Nine West to my Jimmy Choo's. The turnover time for the repairs are quick and the prices are reasonable. The business is centrally located.

        Awful customer service

        This place has horrible customer service. The owner was snippy and rude. He refused to perform the service that was asked of him. Would not recommend at all.
