I used Schumacher for a large shipment of household goods for a move to Ireland. Mark Neville was the agent who assisted me in Gardena and he was top notch. He went out of his way to help us organize the move and he made the paperwork easy. The cargo arrived when he said it would and the guys who delivered it in Ireland were great. I would use them again and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I shipped from Europe and their European Shipping Partner let me know when Schumacher will take over. Right away I was contacted by Mr. Luis Serrano and he kept me informed about every stage (port, customs, etc.) upon arrival in the US. When it was delivered, we were helped with unpacking, we accidentally gave back a box that still had an unpacked,expensive item in it. After the Crew left, we noticed and I called them. The Crew checked the box at their next destination and found the item. It was brought to me on their way back from this other customer the next day. They went out of their way, to make sure, that ALL was delivered to me. I want to thank Dimitri and his 2 colleges for it, as this was our own fault, that this had happened. Everyone at Schumacher Cargo Logistics was handling everything very professional, friendly and with utmost honesty!
