Trinitas Women's Health Center

This place is under staffed and VERY unprofessional. I was 9 months pregnant when I was instructed by my OBGYN to a follow up for the following weeks since my due date was at the end of that week. Once at the front desk i tried to explain to the receptionist what the doctor had instructed do get done. The receptionist responded to me with an attitude when asked, and said "no one is at that desk today you'll have to give us a call and schedule from the phone". I made it a point that the Doctor was instructing to do this immediately, due to me being days away from my due date. i even asked if she was able to assist her herself by scheduling the appointment. She responded yet again with an attitude and said "That isn't my job the girl who handles appointments isn't".
So later that day i called multiple times and no one picked up the phone this went on for 3days until i decided to go back to the doctor's office in person. I called before i went down there just once more to see if they will answer, of course no answer, Rather than hanging up i stayed on hold for 2hrs once i got to the doctor's office the same receptionist that told me to call was there. I handed her my phone and asked if that was their office number she responded yes then asked why? I said i asked because i was told by you 3 days ago to call and schedule a follow up appointment yet no one has answered the phone in 3days and today i've been on hold for 2hrs, i would like to know the reason as to why because i can clearly see that no one at the front desk is busy and their are 5 of you sitting here. The receptionist didn't say a word just buzzed me in and scheduled my follow up.
Although i believe the worst experience i have had with them so far is that they make you wait for days at a time for your disability medical in my case i waited for months my child was 7 months old by the time i received all my back pay from disability all due to the negligence of the Trinitas Women's Health Center staff
