Isbir Construction and Landscaping did a big job for us to include patio with sitting wall, new French drains, and landscaping, and rebuilt part of a garage wall. They were very professional, attentive to detail, hardworking, and quick to address problems as they arose. They were not the cheapest quote but the value added for the additional expense was well worth it. The foreman was knowledgeable and communicative and Mike paid close attention to the job and was also very communicative. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Called for an estimate and spoke with the owner, he asked me what my other estimates were, I told him, (which by the way my husband said that I should not have told him) A few days later he comes to see the project, he looks it over, no measurments or anything and just says I know what your other bids are and I am going to be higher than all of them, so there is no sense in doing an estimate. This was a simple retaining wall in the back yard, my quotes were 15,900 and 17,000, he said he would be way higher than both of the other companies, which by the way the company that gave the bid of 15,900 gives a written warranty for 15 years, isbir only gives a 1 year, I asked if you are so sure of your work and you charge way more than every other company why don't you give a better warranty. I think that says it all. If you are thinking of any type of water feature dont call them he has no clue.
