Worst office I have ever been to. Said insurance was invalid even though I have insurance. Had to have insurance fax copy to prove I was insured even though I was refered and well documented within the system. New patient filling out forms. Top of page lists fees. 15.00 per page of any paperwork required to be filled out. Little more expensive but ok. Already on teacher retirement disability but requires yearly evaluation to prove I'm still disabled. Reasonable. After all the issues waiting 45 minutes. Receptionist says doc refuses to fill out any paperwork even though the service is listed. Asked for legal explanation as to why. The doc shrugged and said we don't do that. I asked why do you list paperwork fees and again she shrugged.
