        I have never had any bad experience with them but I need to get a cheap washer and dryer under $400 if you have any thing like that

        Terrible customer service in appliances - had to cancel an order we waited over 2 weeks for bc the best the manager could do for us was a $30 discount on a very similar model, which would be delivered 3 days after the original delivery date we were given (which was two weeks anyway!). For the same price we paid at first, we were offered a smaller machine from a much less reputable brand. Just awful.

        I recommend that you NOT purchase an appliance and have it installed by Lowe's. I have been waiting for 7 weeks to get a double-oven installed. Lowe's has messed up my order in several different ways. I will NEVER order another installed appliance from Lowe's again.
