        Ms Segel Shah is the meanest instructor at this facility.

        They don’t care about kids understanding the material, they just force them to complete. She is running this business for profits, she collects $ 25 fine for late fee, this is ridiculous. And also $ 95 last month fee, which last month? What last month.

        She is ruining the KUMONS concept. I have heard the same kind of reviews from bunch of parents. Hope this will be an eye opening for this institution.
