        Great Staff!

        Stayed recently at this hotel and have never been treated so well by a staff. Check-in was quick and smooth. They offered up enrollment to their loyalty program (Gold Points Plus) at check-in and issued me points for my stay, plus bonus points for enrolling. The free breakfast had several items to choose from and even had hot items. For the price, this hotel is the best option in the Elk River area.

        Horrible communication. Dropped multiple reservations.

        I made the mistake of booking my wedding guests here and many of them were left high and dry after traveling hundreds of miles. I've never seen more people pass the buck in my life, even the GM. The guests of mine who booked at the nearby Holiday Inn however were well taken care of.
