Elkhart Mobile Home Park

its a great mobile home park its an amazing trailer park so much its hard to call a trailer park the only thing there strict on is the speed limit due to the children that live around there the owners are really nice as long as you pay your rent like any other landlord i strongly reccomend this place it isnt ghetto like all the others in elkhart

I do not recommend this park to anyone. It is run by crooks. They will find a way to keep your deposit when you leave. When I called the owner and left a message about complaints on managements, he never called back either. If you want to be harassed by management and have an owner the does not care how the park is run then move here.
