I have tried to keep my patience with this company because I realize that I am a little further out in the country than their normal pick-ups. I have put my trash out several times where no one has come to pick it up. I call the company the next day and the person on the phone tells me that the driver left a note stating that my trash was not out by the curb. I know this is not true because I always put the trash out the night before. I then roll my trash back into my garage and wait for the next week. This happened 5 times in the 2 years that I had this service. I moved recently and agreed to pay a $50 service charge to have them come pick up my last batch of trash right away and remove the carts. I have been out of my house for 7 days. I drove by the house last night and the trash is still there. I called them today and the best they could do was tell me that they will pick it up tomorrow. I am still responsible for the $50 charge even though they apologized and said it is their fault. I am very frustrated and am glad that at my new house I will be using a different trash service.

Called this place for my bill. Said they couldn't help me because I have to talk to my sales person. Now I didn't even know I had a sales person. The contract I signed didn't lock in my rate. Why sign it? They have ripped me off twice now. They make you feel you can't do anything about it, it is what it is. Even when I really got upset on the phone. Do you think my SALESPERSON would call back? NO. Do you think someone would call a business and say. I hear your not happy, what can we do? That didn't happen. So now I have to turn this over. Every day I'm going to post on facebook and put a sign up at the shop telling people how I keep getting ripped off from this company. I'll stop when they give me a call. I'll probably retaire by then.

I like allied waste services they have great customer service but if I was you do not use their service they raised my 2 cart service from 22$ to 44$ when they bought or merger with republic do not use allied or republic services they will just raise your price higher and higher
