Lousy customer service. Rude, obnoxious staff with a penchant for ripping off the unsuspecting.


I dropped my classic wheel horse mower off for them to repair. (The mower drive belt kept popping off the drive pulley... so not a real big deal.) Anyway, they had my mower for over two weeks before I called... only to find out that they hadn't touched it and were very annoyed that I didn't know to read their service schedule sign that is hidden somewhere inside their store. I decided that I'd just go pick it up and either fix it myself or find another service shop. They charged me $90 for replacing a deck hangar pin and blowing the mower off with an air hose. Then they presented me with a $500+ proposal for work that they said needed to be done. I declined the proposal... and then they offered to buy my tractor for $100. ?! Really? It's a classic wheel horse!!!!

Great people and great service!! Would definitely recommend to everyone! They have always greeted me with a big smile and friendly atmosphere. Their service department does exceptional work and always in a timely manner. I prefer taking my machine somewhere will it will be fixed the first time and this place DOES JUST THAT!

I just bought a used mower from this place on Friday, 6/26/2015, The mower ran good for two hours that cut out and I needed t used starter fluid to start it. I took it back to them on the next business and they refused to even look at it the mower. I had left my John Deere for repairs n the day that I paid 800.00 dollars for the lemon they sold me and that was was pushed out to the drive way and asked to leave. The manger there is the rudest person I have ever seen in sales, with his unnecessary use of obscenity. I wish I could rate a negative star. I will never buy there again
