        OWNER OF BUISNESS DOES NOT HAVE INSURANCE FOR MOTOR ACCEDENTS. WHEN IN AN ACCEDENT HE DOES NOT WANT TO PAY FOR DAMAGES. AND SAYS HE HAS INSURANCE BUT DONT WANT TO CLAIM ON IT DUE TO HIGH DEDUCTDBLE. LEAVES THE PERSON HE OR HIS EMPOLYEES HIT TO PAY FOR DAMAGES.
