X-rays

Unfortunately, when wisdom teeth do start to come through, they can be prone to infection and require extraction. If this is the case, your dentist will take dental x-rays to pinpoint the location and condition of your wisdom teeth and to determine whether extraction is necessary.
Oral Cancer Screening
Dental Hygienists are trained to carry out clinical examinations and oral cancer screening. Hygienists assess the health of your gums, providing preventative oral care advice. They work to prevent and treat gum disease with scaling and polishing to remove hard deposits and plaque.
