Dr . Russel laudon has been a great doctor ive been going to this clinic since 08 , i was diagnosed with a brain tumor and Is so far with the treatment plan that he has provided me I was cure! I definitely recommend him

Dr. Russell Laudon, a family doctor at this practice refused to examine me because I did not want to have 3 sonograms performed. I went to the office with coughing and a low fever of 99.3. When his nurse said she would take 3 sonograms along with my blood pressure and weight, I refused as I wanted to talk to the doctor to ask why I would need the sonograms. complaining about a cold with a bad cough. When the doctor arrived to work, he called my name and began to scold me in a hallway in front of two other patients telling me that he will examine me only after I follow the directions of his nurse. He would not listen to me as I attempted to ask him what he was talking about. Needless to say, I was terribly embarrassed. I attempted to ask the doctor why he was talking to me this way, but he would not hear of it. He clearly was trying to bully me from an $85 doctors visit to a $500 doctors visit. I spoke to their office manager and explained to her that I would leave before I experienced a panic attack as I suffer from anxiety and I was clearly trembling after being blind sided like this. I walked out of the office and I called my insurance company and reported the doctor as he is an "in-network" doctor and I plan to make a formal complaint about him. I have connected with other folks who have experienced having unnecessary test done when they came in for a simple physical or needing a prescription. In one case he refused to give one patient his test results unless he submitted to additional test. The patient went in for a simple adult physical. I would not recommend this doctor or this practice for condoning this unethical behavior.
