I bought a rotating book rack less than 3 years ago. It's never been more than 3/4 full, never been at full capacity. It broke at the base and tipped over. Thank goodness a child wasn't turning it when it broke. I tried for a week to contact them through their customer service. No one ever answered or returned my messages. I got through their sales extension immediately. Wow, no one there to help, but someone there to take my money. Turns out it was the president who answered the sales line. He made me feel like it was my fault it broke. Ideally, I would have liked reimbursement. Foregoing that, I would have settled for him to CONSIDER changing the base to create a better and safer product. There was an offer to send a new base, but I refused it because I need a product that 1) I can trust, especially with children, and 2) that lasts longer than this one did. If you value safety and quality, do not buy from this company.
