***** Customer Beware *****

On June 8th 2016 I met Mr John Durante (Proprietor)
He came to my home in Elmwood Park, NJ the same town he lives in also only 1 mile from my house.
He gave me a quote for the driveway that I was fine with.
He stated he had jobs lined up of course I said, He said probably 2-3 weeks out I was fine with this also.

I call 3 weeks later he say's it's been raining as soon as it dries up he will start my job. Now we are in August he then says it'll actually be better if we wait till it cools off in September.
It sounded logical to me.

His wife Antoinette sent a contract dated 8-17-16 for which I signed and sent back right away. She said he will get to it with the same answers he's been very busy (she kept saying with her reassuring voice he'll get to it and don't worry)

In the middle of October it's definitely cooled off by now right,
his wife and John stopped answering phone calls and my texts.
I had no idea he had no intentions of doing my job nor did he give any sign he would not!

Today is November 7th 2016 I could of had this job completed 2 months ago at least.

I gave him the benefit of the doubt due to the fact my husband was a contractor his entire life up until he passed away and would never had strung a customer along like John did !!!!

Only I write this not out of any malice just that i do not want another to go through this.
