Big O Tires

I have been taking my car to this Big O for years. They always have great service. I also have them do some maintenance work since they are more honest about what needs to be done vs. the dealer. The rest of my family takes their cars here too.

Ed the MGR. and Andy (sales) are UNSCRUPULOUS!

I brought my truck in because it was making a loud squeaking noise while driving. ANDY told me it was the breaks. I said are you sure because two other mechanics couldn't find where the noise was coming from. ANDY assured me it was indeed the breaks and with some price haggling for 150.00 the noise would be gone. Well, NOT TRUE!!!!!!! the noise is still there. AFT. paying 150.00 Ed the Mgr. told me they did all they can do for me and gave me a business card for a different mechanic and Ed said "make sure you tell them I send you". This is not a place I would ever go back to or recommend. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!
