        Overall

        Do not buy anything from this store! We purchased a high end recliner and it arrived with a cracked frame. Five months later the chair is still broken and the company refuses to issue a replacement chair or refund. Check Yelp reviews before your purchase anything from La-Z-Boy!!! We aren't the only ones disappointed with La-Z-Boy.
