        AMAZING INSTRUCTORS, WONDERFUL CLASSES I love this place - great facility, awesome teachers and euphoric results after class is over. The "hot yoga" is basically the same thing as a Bikram class, so it's great because they also offer other options, my favorite is yoga sculpt with Lauren. Yoga practice rooms are gorgeous with natural hardwood flooring and lots of windows. It's next to the beach so after class you can jump in the ocean. Everybody is friendly and welcoming.
