        I took my daughter's car for the brake service. They replaced breaks and 2 months later when my daughter was entering 405 she could not stop, she barely moved her car to the left and stopped using emergency brake. When she got out off the car she saw the brakes hanging behind the front wheels. Firestone in Encino exempted their mistake, the manager said that their mechanic had quited and gone back to continue his education in Art!!!!!! Can you imagine? Never ever trust your car to these people in fact I will try to sue them.

        I have just recently been coming to this Firestone. I first came to do an Oil change 2012 end year. I loved the service so much I continue to come for my Oil changes. I recently brought 4 tires here this year 2013 and today I had my front and rear brakes done. The new Manager H.S. made me feel very welcome. He explain the service that was to be done in detail. The Guy who did my front and rear brakes was Amazing he took his time in making sure that my brakes were perfect. I do apologize but I forgot his name but he is the older very nice gentleman with the amazing personality. I will keep coming back to this place, service in #1

        I came here to get a price for 2 new tires. The people that work here are always tring to take advantage of people. I left and went down the street and got a better price and way better service.
