Dr. Farbenbloom--- AMAZING Doctor and absolutely WONDERFUL human being!! My mom has Diabetes and for the longest time just wasn't quite sure how to live a healthier lifestyle. Dr. Jacobs is more than an MD., he is a healer. It is so rare these days to find a physician who truly cares about the well being of his patients. Dr. Jacobs is a rare find. He treats his patients as if he was treating a relative, or a good friend. He'll spend as much time with you as you need. He is a gifted doctor, yet amaizingly modest. When I left his office after my first visit, for the first time in years I felt like I had hope. Just by spending time talking to him, I knew he will come up with a treatment plan, and he has.
