I would never take any motorized vehicle back to Mark's for repair again. I went in to have a tire replaced on a Kymco scooter. I was informed that due to covid-19 that service was backed up 3 weeks. 3 weeks later I called to seek for an appointment. I was informed that I had been called and left a message about scheduling a day or two after the initial consult. I searched my phone over and knew that I had never been contacted. I was informed, due to not responding to a supposed phone call that the repair would be another 2 weeks. 5 weeks of good ride time gone. Once I got the bike in, I was told that the bike really needed bith tires replaced. I was informed upon picking up my bike that there had been some complications with the repair that involved my exhaust system. Shortly after getting the bike home n on the road I began to experience an exhaust leak. I took my bike to my regular, experienced mechanic, who does not do tore replacements. The repair done by Mark's was a cobb job and used rtv on a sheerd bolt. They also cracked part of my exhaust housing that required welding yo repair. My mechanic worked on the bike for 6 hours and had to charge me $250. Never again will I trust Mark's to
perform repair or even sell me parts !!!

I brought my Triumph Tiger there that was in a accident. I got it back better than new. Workmanship was spot on. I saw a Street Triple I had to have while I was there and Mark gave me a great deal. The Parts department did a great job on all my orders to get extras I wanted. I recently brought my Triple back for a Arrow Exhaust, remapping and Suspension tuning. I got it back and Dave from Service did a great job. The exhaust sounds great and the suspension is perfect. Hats off to a great dealership.

I had a great experience at Marks Motorsports. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the showroom is well stocked, and the service was top notch.
Devin took great care of me, great guy! Jen made sure I got what I wanted at the best price and helped me to choose the best warranty options, great warranty btw.
Mark made sure the bike was exactly as I wanted it and went the extra mile to do so.
These people are fantastic and I strongly recommend checking them out for yourself! Very satisfied customer

We went into Mark's to get our bike fixed. Last year they told us that the fuel lines were getting clogged from rust debris in the tank and that was why the bike was riding so terribly. This year I went in to get the tank cleaned out and sealed and they told me it would take about a month. I am a pretty patient person so I agreed and gave a $250 down payment. I check in 3 weeks later and they hadn't touched my bike. They tell me another month and I reluctantly agree again. After about 2 months goes by they finally looked at my bike after my husband had to get upset with them over the phone. They call us back and tell us the bike's tank is fine and the mechanic that told me it had rust in it was fired.... ok? We ask them to get the bike road ready because it still runs terribly. They do about $950 of work and tell us we can pick up the bike the next Saturday. Saturday comes around and they said when they took the bike for a test drive it broke down on them! After doing $950 worth of work they FINALLY diagnose the problem as a bad ignition coil. Total bill came to around $1200. When I asked if they would be willing to bring that cost down a little because it took over 2 and a half months to get my bike back, Jen, the woman I spoke to said she had already done me a couple favors on the bill. One such example was that she didn't charge me the $100 she was going to for the mechanic to take my bike on a test drive after the repairs were done.... They charge $100!!!! to make sure their repairs work?!?!?!? They also told us that the delays to our repairs were so extensive because they were over booked and the guy who told us the bike would be ready in a month was... fired! That sounds like a whole lot of not my problem. I've had many good experiences with Mark's, but never again will I ever let them rob me like this. They made bad promises, and put their internal conflicts on us. Super unprofessional. I wish I could scream and swear to let them know how pissed I am.

Mark's Motorsports will attentively and enthusiastically sell you a motorcycle, but anticipate hearing crickets if something goes awry. A small mistake made to my new motorcycle caused extensive damage, and could have been fatal. Repairs took an inordinately long time (almost two weeks) and the proprietor (Mark Bujak) has yet to respond to my email or request to speak via phone, let alone make a good faith gesture to support continued business or the propagation of a positive referral to my vast motorcycling network.
Chandler, the Manager of the Service Dept, is a standup fella, but I should have heeded to the horror stories and consumer reviews of their service record. I do not plan to do business with this dealership in the future, and will inform others of my experience who may be considering it.
