Provided by DexKnowsEmployees could care less. Slow turn around. Can not make a paint match and when it does not match, it is the customer's fault.Walk, NO RUN to another paint shop.

Provided by DexKnowsDoes not stand behind it's products or customer service. As per their phone conversation, I brought in a car to do a paint color match. They looked it up in their computer, checked it with their paint chip, and sold me a color that didn't match. Quoted one price on the phone, charged another at the counter. They wouldn't re- tint the color or provide the correct product. Why would I trust them on anything?

Provided by DexKnowsGood products, fairly friendly counter staff, horrible business methods/policies, and no GENUINE customer interest.As a busness owner my customers are my greatest asset. without customers my business ceases to exist. That maxim is lost for the most part at this store/business.. Product pricing on the very high side.A business to avoid unless you absolutely MUST have what they have.
