We bought too many shingles for a roof. Returned the shingles over a month ago, and still getting a run around for the refund. Now the salesman won't answer the phone or return any phone calls, and the "local" people have no ability to issue refunds or help in any way. It all goes through the out of state, out of state being not being an Oklahoma company. We will be only shopping with true Enid, OK companies from now on. Update, we did get an apology today. Now, "the check is in the mail." We'll see.
