Telatron Marketing Group, located in Erie, Pa., is a provider of customer relationship management services. It specializes in direct marketing and customer service and is supported by its inbound and outbound customer contact centers. Founded in 1985, the outbound center is staffed from 8:30 a.m. to midnight Eastern Standard Time. Within each time zone, calling is restricted to the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 8:50 p.m. local time, or as defined for the specific project for outbound calling. Its connectivity with FDR, Total Systems, Equifax, Experian and several proprietary systems enables Telatron to: create accounts at point of acquisition for home equity loans, lines of credit and charge cards; activate accounts; authorize balance transfers; secure credit line increases in real time; provide conditional approval for home equity lines; provide approval or declination at POS for individuals or merchants; open and close accounts; provide rate changes; respond to account inquiries; and create an awareness or need for products and services.
