Workers Compensation
Mr. Bordonaro practices exclusively in workers' compensation, with emphasis on representing employers and insurance carriers. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Workers' Compensation Section and the Pennsylvania Defense Institute. He also serves on the Erie County Bar Association Workers' Compensation Committee and has served on its Legal Education Committee as chairman. Mr. Bordonaro has recently been appointed to serve on the advisory panel for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute's workers' compensation section. This panel is dedicated to the planning and presentation of the section's two-day seminar held in Hershey, Pennsylvania each year. Mr. Bordonaro is also a member of the American Bar Association. He was elected effective January 1, 2013, to serve as a Fellow in the National College of Workers' Compensation Lawyers. This distinction is extended to workers' compensation lawyers who have practiced at least 20 years in the field and who have excelled in the profession. Mr. Bordonaro was certified as a workers’ compensation specialist by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court in 2013. He was selected to the list of Pennsylvania Super Lawyers. Mr. Bordonaro is currently a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Workers' Compensation Section Certification Committee.

Premises Liability
Mr. Mioduszewski practices exclusively in civil litigation, with emphasis on fire and explosion litigation; public utility liability; products liability; construction litigation; nursing home liability; and municipal and governmental liability. He also practices in the areas of automobile and premises liability. He was initially certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy (NBTA) as a Civil Trial Advocate in 1992 and has been re-certified in 1997, 2002, 2007 and 2012; he is also certified by the NBTA as a Certified Civil Pretrial Practice Advocate. He is a member by invitation of the International Association of Defense Counsel. In 2006, he was appointed as a Hearing Committee member serving the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. Mr. Mioduszewski is peer review rated AV, or preeminent, in the Martindale Hubbell Law Directory and has been selected in nine years by Law & Politics and Philadelphia Magazine as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer, based upon statewide polls of practicing lawyers to identify colleagues who are considered to occupy the top 5 percent among fellow practitioners.
Construction Litigation
Mr. Dodick practices in the areas of civil litigation and workers' compensation. He regularly appears before common pleas courts and workers' compensation judges in various counties throughout western Pennsylvania. He also appears before the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board and the Pennsylvania appellate courts. His civil litigation practice includes an emphasis in the areas of insurance law, automobile law, municipal and governmental liability, construction law and trucking defense. He also practices in the areas of premises liability and landlord tenant law.

Mr. Sinnott was admitted to the practice of law in 1993 and, since that time, he has focused his practice exclusively in the area of civil litigation. His principal areas of concentration have been in municipal litigation, construction litigation, corporate litigation, professional liability litigation, and personal injury litigation. He has also handled numerous intellectual property matters; employee benefit cases; oil, gas, and timber litigation; and workers' compensation matters.
