        they gave me a service window of 10am-Noon today and no show- no called. When I talked with who I am guessing is the owner since he is the one on the answering machine his answer was basically- oops- I forgot.

        He knew I had no heat, I had even texted him the pic of the make/model Saturday prior per his request.. pretty cool considering the temp is in the 20's and dropping this week.

        Total lack of consideration and professionalism but I guess that is what you should expect from a company that does HSA Home Warranty work..
