Escalon Community Health Center

My name is Susan. I used to go to Escalon Community Health Center. I had a great Nurse Practioner, Ginny Ryan, who was terrific. If I had questions, she took the time to answer them. My mom came in with me, although she didn't have to, I wanted her to in case I forgot to ask something. Then, all of a sudden, Ginny's no longer there. Melanie came in & took over. She was horrible. Prior to my appointment with Melanie, I had asked my mom to remind me if I had forgotten to ask a question. She did the same when Melanie was there. Melanie got angry with her as she was speaking to me & I was expected to remember on my own (yes I had things to ask written down, however, I did forget to write this down & had asked my mom to remind me about this, which she was doing). Melanie's bedside manners leave a lot to be desired (rudeness to start off with). I would not recommend this facility to anyone based on bedside manners with people in the exam room.

No stars...i use to live my doctor there...she had me on a plan that helped me the best while trying to find a diagnosis...then she just ups and leaves...after seeing her for almost two years!! Melanie the new NURSE PRACTIONERcomes to take over...RUN people...to come in change my plan...change my meds...in one visit...shes horrible...Dr wanna be...i do Not recommend her....but loved my girls in front desk...will miss you guys!
