If you love dogs, DO NOT train them here! Terry, the owner, is cruel and abusive! She beats dogs with the crook as a regular part of her training. She even hits them in the face with the crook just to make them afraid of it. She also throws the crook at the dogs while they're working and once PUT A DOG'S EYE OUT RENDERING IT BLIND. Afterwards she blamed it on the dog. In addition, Terry abusively uses shock collars in training and completely ruined at least one perfectly normal dog that I know of. Years later it is still afraid of everything. Many other trainers seem to accomplish the same results without this cruel method of correction and I recommend finding one of them instead of using Terry. If learning a sport Terry's way has to be that miserable for the dog, perhaps you should think twice about even participating. Terry is a dog's worst nightmare! Please do not subject YOUR DOG to her evil methods.
