Sydney obtained her patient care experience working in family medicine, pediatrics, and dermatology prior to PA school. She received her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Touro University California, where she also earned a Master of Public Health. Additionally, she took elective courses receiving a Certification in Interprofessional Diabetes Education. During her clinical training, Sydney completed an extended 3 month Diabetes rotation where she was able to utilize both her PA and Public Health education to help evaluate, treat, and manage patients with various types of diabetes ranging from Type 1, Type 2, LADA, secondary diabetes, and more.
