        In the Summer of 2016, I bought a house in Solon that was listed by Dan Reilly. Mr. Reilly sounded professional over the phone. But he didn't do much work at all. His job was to pass messages between the seller and buyer's agent. Then he forgot to forward a counter-offer email. He was either extremely neglectful or not comfortable with using a computer. After waiting a few days, we contacted the seller directly and bought the house without the involvement of Mr. Reilly. It turned out Mr. Reilly allowed for sale by owner while listed the house himself. More dramatically, when the seller refused to pay any commission to Mr. Reilly, he sued the seller. The Bedford Municipal Court ruled against Mr. Reilly in Sept 15, 2016.
