Oregon Auto Finance

Oregon Auto Finance was the best finance company I have ever had. There were times that I was 2wks late paying my car note and not once they did ever threaten me about reposing my car. Doug my account manager was EXCELLENT!!!!! If I ever had to use them again I surly would think twice about it. Thanks to the Oregon Auto Finance company and a BIG SHOUT OUT TO DOUG!!!!! Can someone answer my question my vehicle was repo and they won't return unless every penny is paid, im almost done paying but cant come up with full amount they said their policy is once they repo they do not return it! Is this possible i never heard of such a thing im paying to be current and the tow but they won't buge???

I wish there was a no rating option. They wanted to charge me for their error of a lien placed on a car I bought outright from a dealer. Asked to have a lien release sent overnight and they wanted to charge me almost 100.00. Was hung up on by 5 members of their staff including the supervisor. I had to call a higher up to get anything done. -5 rating in my book!

Would not finance me because I'm in the military, does that make any kind of sense?? Please elaborate on why because I'm dumbfounded.

Great bank to work with. People are all very friendly and helpfull. I would highly recomend. The other comment must have the wrong bank.

This place would get zero stars, but the form made me click at least one. Whoever the top man is, is some piece of work! His people skills are atrocious and he's never even heard of customer service. It truely is a mystery as to how he even stays in business. Look out Oregon Auto Finance, because karma's coming your way; hopefully sooner rather than later. How do you even live with yourself?
