Evans Mechanical

Sadly, I cannot recommend Evans Mechanical. I had some heater work done and some additional duct sealing was also needed, but could not be done for 9 weeks. The tech that repaired the heater(he did a good job), spoke on the phone right in front of me with the scheduler and placed me on the schedule for the first week of February, 2018. Since they hadn't called me prior to this week, I called Evans to only find out I was never put on the schedule at all. I was then told I would need to be put back on the schedule for another months wait. The scheduler acted like it was my fault, no apology. Needless to say, I am not pleased at all.

Now that the cold weather is here it reminds me of the horrible service I received from Evans Mechanical. They installed a new heater approximately 7 years ago. They were supposed to fix the system so it would heat the whole house. They didn't. After numerous phone calls they did actually return but did nothing to fix the problem.They just made excuses. They also left nails in my garage and driveway and did not fix the sheetrock they damaged. I have since had to buy a pellet stove. Absolute WORST service ever and completely unprofessional
