        not a place to recommend

        I guess Im just used to consistant work. it seems like the owner just puts whatever sample of bleach on my hair that she has lying around. The place is pretty sloppy to. Nothing upscale to say the least. Also the girl who was doing nails was talking so much stuff about the client before. NOT PROFESSIONAL
