In 1996, Peter left active duty with the Marines and joined his brother-in-law, Larry Jelsing, in the private practice of law with what is today Jelsing, Tri, West & Andrus, PLLC. Since that time, Peter has enjoyed a broad range of experience in various areas of the law and has within the last fifteen years narrowed his practice to elder and adoption law.
