Don Alvarado is a LYING, SCAMMING, P.O.S. insurance agent. Do not use Don Alvarado and do not use American Family Insurance for employing an agent like Don Alvarado. We ended finding way better and cheaper insurance through the Hartford so I recommend using the Hartford over AmFam and Don Alvarado just confirmed that. We will never be using American Family Insurance after this agent screwed us on our policy and "messed up" our addres where the settlement check was mailed and now we won't get part of our class action lawsuit against American Family and Don was there to make sure he was no help at all among other horrible things he does as an insurance agent. He obviously does not care about his customers and is no help when you need him

THIS INSURANCE AGENT IS BAD. DO NOT USE HIM. YOU WILL GET SCREWED. Don Alvarado lied to me about my coverage rates. He had my house under insured for about $30,0000. When I asked him about it he was very rude and lied to me. When I told him I was looking at other quotes he cancelled my insurance without telling me. Then when I told my family members about my service, he lied to my family members about what I said.
