Lifetime Roofing and Restoration

Poor management and administration. My roofing project suffered from significant delays and they were terrible about communicating revised project milestones. ‘Project Managers’ are just salesmen that have no understanding of building codes or construction. The company’s formula for success includes sending high-pressure, door-to-door salesmen to areas that have recently been affected by severe weather events so they can feed off insurance claim checks. Administration doesn’t know how to perform simple tasks like develop a quote, calculate an invoice, communicate in a timely manner, etc. All of the actual construction work was performed by sub-contractors and they did a very nice job. All of the work performed by Lifetime was a complete disaster, so you might as well get the job done by someone else.

STAY AWAY IF I COULD GIVE A 0 STAR I WOULD. BEEN 3 MONTHS ON A REFUND AND YET TO GET ONE. TAKES MONEY AND DOES NOT DO JOBS

Stay away. This company takes weeks to install a roof,months to take care of your other work and rips off their sales staff. The owner has a $10,000 judgement in Harris county TX and lost his license as a financial planner because of wrong doing.
