~ Peggy Stevens I've always been active in sports since my grammar school days. The last 15 years, I've stayed active with running and then triathlons (swim/bike/run). One morning I woke up a few months ago and when I stood up I experienced a sharp, stinging/burning pain on my mid-foot and heels! After a few weeks of trying to get rid of this painful injury I knew I needed physical therapy to relieve the "plantar fasciitis." Josh explained this painful condition and started me doing different stretches for my calves and feet. He gave me a set of exercises to continue to do at home between sessions to further the healing process. After 24 therapy sessions, my pain is almost fully relieved. I am able to run more and walk less when training or racing. Cycling is almost completely pain-free now also! Thank you Josh and the entire staff for such personalized care.
