        Overall

        Did not provide product when scheduled thereby setting back my plumber by days. Granite top was installed crooked and faucet holes were drilled at incorrect location. Gave them the choice of five different dates to come back correct installations errors. Never came and refused a partial refund. Move on -- there are too many other good installers out there.
