        VCA Greenback has such a warm and welcoming staff. My puppy likes going here and is always welcomed with warm greetings when we arrive.

        I love that they offer a free first exam to new clients! I invested in the puppy plan and it has definitely been worth the investment! Besides flea/ tick/ heart-worm prevention everything so far has been covered.

        The doctors and staff here are so kind and considerate. We took my elderly cat here for 3 years and had excellent care each time. When it finally came time for her to leave us, they were incredibly sensitive to my situation. I greatly appreciate their hearts of service.
