Shogun Japanese Restaurant

Awesome food great service. Always a great meal

DO NOT BOTHER!!! This one of the worst restaurants in town. BAD customer service! I took my family and friends to this restaurant after church as it had been highly recommended for the kids. For starters: 1. the so called "chef" dropped his utensils, 2. found hair on my plate from food off the grill,(which he served the other 9 guests), waited 15 more minutes for staff to replace my plate, while my family started eating. 3. the so called "chef" upset we had complained, supposeably calling it an accident splattered HOT sauce with scallops onto my sons face and clothes sitting in front of him. the "chef" never acknowledges situation until I confront him, and ONLY then does he give him a towel to clean himself. 4. he ruined my sons dress shirt and tie!!! All the manager would do is 10% off. WOW!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! 10%, my sons clothes were worth the same as the bill. We then found out that there was a "SHOW" that the chefs were suppose to do for families and friends, well we never saw that part of it. Management made no effort to even try to fix our problems. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!
