        Overall

        Will not work with you to keep your business. They're eager to please initially, but once things go wrong, they are unyielding. I asked them to come after 12:30, because my nanny would be out of the house between 11:00 and 12:30 for one of my kids' activities. The scheduler agreed, but said he could possibly get someone there before 11:00. Assuming he meant there AND GONE by 11:00, I said great. The tech showed up just a few minutes before 11:00 as my nanny was walking out the door, causing a problem. She let the tech finish and ended up getting our kids to class late. When I called to complain, the scheduler was intractable and refused to provide any consideration for the inconvenience. Looking for a new electrician.
