TREATMENT: Once your individualized plan is determined and discussed Dr. Miller may perform a hands-on spinal adjustment during the first visit. This involves applying controlled force to specific joints to correct misalignments and improve spinal function. Depending on your plan, alternate therapies may be implemented.
Intersegmental Traction
This therapy is used to introduce passive motion into the spine for the purpose of flexing spinal joints, increasing mobility, and preventing disc degeneration. Patients enjoy the relaxing motion and increased mobility gained from Intersegmental Traction.
Subluxation
Chiropractic works because you are a self-healing, self-regulating organism controlled by your nervous system. Millions of instructions flow from your brain, down the spinal cord and out of every organ and tissue. Signals sent back to the brain confirm if your body is working right.
