EDCO Transmission

Another shop added 'compatible' transmission fluid (my fault). Edco topped off the fluid and programmed the transmission. Shifting very well now. Very satisfied - 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee with ZF 8 speed.

I was told by a transmissions and another shop that I needed a new transmission after talking to Steven Anthony I found out all I needed was a $35 throttle position switch saving me over $2,800 honesty in the automotive business is very rare and these guys have it in abundance you ever in my business for life thank you guys!

I recently found myself stuck in the middle of a road trip with my two children in Fairfield with a dead transmission. The staff at Edco went above and beyond to make what was a terrible inconvenience a little less painful:) Thank you Steve and Dave for ALL you did for us! Anyone reading this, looking for someone to work on their car, USE EDCO Transmission! There is no need to look any further!

MY daughter is stationed at Travis AFB. I am in SC ( 3000 miles away ). But when she has a problem she calls immediately Her transmission was dying. I found Edco on a google search for transmission repair, along with a few others. Edco is well documented in the find a business type search engines so I called them and talked with Steve. I felt comfortable with our conversation. My daughter took her 97 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4x4 to them. They did an inspection and testing and told us what it would cost to fix it. They fixed the transmission and also helped her out with a couple other preexisting issues and recommended a good general mechanic for repairs outside their equipment capabilities. This was several months ago and the transmission is great.

No one could have taken better care of my daughter than they did.There is no better recommendation I can give than to say, I would not hesitate to send my daughter to them again ( Steve even told me if she has any car problems tell her to come by and they would make sure she was taken care of ). Thank you just is not big enough for the piece of mind they gave me and the care they gave my daughter.

In a time when it seems like everyone is looking out for themselves, Edco is the opposite. We've taken our cars there on and off for several years, and have never been "steered" wrong (pardon the pun!). It's as if they are in a small town with old-fashioned, small town values, where you wouldn't rook your neighbor and are actually concerned about your fellow man. They will give you the worst and best case scenario and you won't feel like someone is talking down to you or just giving you the same old speech they've given to everyone else, they make you feel like they are talking to you and that you aren't just one of the many that go through each day. The prices are very reasonable and they will tell you if it's something that needs to be done at the dealer. As far as transmission goes they're the top! As far as customer service goes, they're OVER the top!
