Fast Internet is their thing... Customer Service? A helpful voice on the end of the line? Living up to their word? Anything else that a Local Internet Service Provider in a small town should have?



NOT IN THE SLIGHTEST!



They do not only have the VERY WORST customer service imaginable, but they are pretty much the absolute rudest company in existence! Maybe that is a stretch, or maybe I have just been unlucky, but I simply loathe the day I signed a 1-year contract with LISCO, in lieu of the other Fiber internet provider in the area.



It basically feels like they have in their mind that they are doing us all a favor by providing their fast internet, and as long as you pay $71 a month, $35 reconnection if you want to move, and be willing to wait 2-3 weeks to have your internet hooked up, then everything will be fine...



Need your service moved a few blocks away in the same town sooner than 3 weeks... sorry.



Don't want to pay for your service while you have moved into your new house during those 3 weeks, sorry, it's your job to pay for service whether you have access to it or not.
