DO NOT BUY JEWELRY FROM THIS STORE/COMPANY!
I ordered a custom, platinum anniversary band from this store last year- 2012. I was willing to pay whatever the cost to have a filigree ring made to match and fit with my engagement ring. Rather than go to a private jeweler again, I thought it would be more convenient to do it while at the mall since they claim the Leo diamond is of investment quality. It took 4 months to finally get the ring made. I only accepted it because I had waited so long. The filigree was nothing like my engagement ring- very basic. A diamond fell out only months later- and when Kay jewelers tested the gold upon taking it back- It turns out the ring was made out of white gold. And the diamonds aren't LEO diamond as ordered. I want my money back and they are refusing to comply. They will only make a new ring and say they need my current engagement ring ($20K from a private jeweler) to make a new mold and ring. I refuse to give my ring to someone so untrustworthy. The manager that sold me the ring, Andrea, has since been promoted and won't get involved. I now have to contact my lawyer. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY.
