        NO STAR. (Had to pick one to post). History of LONG waits for food delivery at drive thru. Today took the cake. Senerio: NO car in front. order taken for busicutis. Food paid for". it will take 2 min please pull forward"......2 min pass...4 minutes pass...10 minutes pass.....15 minutes pass. No food delivered. Driver goes inside and asked for food.....crickets and "workers" looking at each other. The order was NEVER completed. So the food was prepared and delivered on a tray not in a bag (remember this was a drive thru order) . Poor customer service
